Risk Metrics

The following are taken into account when determining rates adjustment scores:

  • Total liquidity, as measured by other stables against the token in a dex, and how much can be sold without triggering a liquidation

  • Diversity of holder base

  • Diversity of LP holder base, for dex pools involving the token and amount of locked liquidity

  • Trading volume as measured across an array of time periods

  • Age of the token

  • Fundamental utility and economics

  • Smart contract basics like mint functionality
